Meet our Board of Directors

  • Marty is a renowned leader in Canada’s energy industry, with more than four decades of experience.

    He most recently served as the CEO and President of Seven Generations, a successful exploration and production company.

    In addition to his role with Kathairos, Marty is currently a Director for both ARC Resources and Athabasca Oil Corporation, and sits on the Board of GreenFirst Forest Products.

Ray Price - Director, Kathairos Solutions

  • In addition to his role of Director at Kathairos Solutions, Ray is the Chief Executive Officer of the Sunterra Group of companies.

    He has an accomplished record in the agricultural sector and oversees operations in both Canada and the US.

    Ray has established a wide variety of joint ventures in the farming, pork, processed meat, and retail food industries, with experience that extends across North America, Europe and Asia. Ray’s most recent ventures include the build out of Soleterra d’Italia and Sunterra Greenhouses.

  • Darren is a recognized leader in Calgary’s Construction Services sector, with over three decades of experience.

    He is an active member of TIGER 21, a global network of entrepreneurs, investors and executives, having founded and served as President for numerous successful construction companies within Calgary.

    Darren most recently served as the President and founder of CF Construction Services, a residential concrete flatwork service provider in Calgary known for its longstanding relationships with some of the city’s most trusted and respected suppliers.

  • Dick Brown is the President and CEO of Kathairos Solutions Inc., and a renowned leader in the North American small-scale liquid natural gas (LNG) industry.

    In 2001, Dick founded Ferus, an energy services company specializing in the supply and delivery of cryogenic products for well stimulation.

    Following this, he founded Ferus Natural Gas Fuels LP and Houston-based Eagle LNG Partners.

  • Prior to serving in her current position as Chief Operating Officer at Kathairos, Amanda was President of Sunterra Farms. Prior to this, she co-founded CRU Juice, a thriving manufacturing, wholesale and retail enterprise that was acquired by Jusu Bars Inc.

    Additionally, Amanda co-founded UNDRCARD Fitness Club, while also leading the LITA Group of Companies, where she oversaw operations, management and growth for a wide range of portfolio brands.

RECIPIENT: Jobs and Growth Fund

Kathairos Solutions received $3.9 million from the Government of Canada's Jobs and Growth Fund administered by PrairiesCan, to support our rapid North America-wide growth.

WINNER: Clean Resource Innovation Network – Reducing Environmental Footprint Technology Competition

Our Simple Methane Elimination Using Nitrogen project was awarded $1.58 million in funding to enable the complete elimination of methane venting on a combined 100 wells at an estimated 60 remote locations over a two-year period.

This includes 40 single-well sites with Cenovus Energy and an additional 40 multi-well pads with a second industry-leading producer.
